Pre-Manufactured Value – Are we asking the right question?

Pre-Manufactured Value (PMV) measures the proportion of a project value that is delivered offsite or nearsite in a drive to increase productivity and the uptake of MMC.  Its use of a project KPI, particularly in government funded projects, is increasing the uptake of offsite solutions.

Is this always the right answer? Is it driving the wrong behaviours?  We are joined by a brilliant panel:
