Collaborative Working Mentors – December
Collaborative Working Mentors: Improving the ‘Traditional Process’
Last month, the Collaborative Working Mentors group met to discuss the ‘traditional process’ of a build project (see image below). The aim was to examine how this process can be adapted to bring about improvements to the way a project is developed, from it’s conception to completion.
Please see the link below to revisit the output from our last Collaborative Working Mentors meeting.
Collaborative Working Mentors: Improving the ‘Traditional Process’ – Constructing Excellence
The purpose of the next meeting is to further develop/conclude the proposed new model, as discussed in the last meeting, and to define the benefits of this new process, by way of enhancing what is lost by the old. In the document we shared, you will find models of 2 proposed versions of the new process for you to consider the pros and cons, ready to discuss in the next meeting.
Join the Collaborative Working Mentors group in December, to discuss all the latest progress and best practice in Collaborative Working.
