CE Offsite Manufacturing & Technology Group- Building Safety Act

Chaired by Alex Small of Tata Steel, this group is looking at how we can best leverage the knowledge that sits throughout the supply chain and the manufacturing base to add more value to projects and programmes.

Join us for the next session, on Monday 11th November, which will focus on the Building Safety Act, with input from Phil Henry, Genuit Group, Jim Cowell, Algeco, and Andrew Crooks, Stroma Building Control.

We will be exploring how the Building Safety Act impacts modular/offsite manufacturers, particularly roles such as principal designer, contractor and more.

We will also discuss how the BSA will influence contractual changes, stage 3 design checks and other changes and implications that may arise.
