BREEAM V7 New Construction assessor webinar

Since the BREEAM V7 consultation in the summer, we have been working hard on making sure we meet industry expectations in the development of the requirements.
We’re excited to share the confirmed changes with you in this webinar. Tom Wilson and Tamsin McCabe will introduce the key changes to the BREEAM New Construction International and UK schemes due to launch in 2024.
This session will provide an early preview of the new requirements for BREEAM New Construction V7, including:
- The update to Ene 01, including carbon performance and benchmarking
- Refiguration of unregulated energy issues to reflect biggest impacts
- Lifecycle Assessment & embodied carbon benchmarks
- Revised Visual Comfort issue to be aligned with latest industry standards
- Confirmed timelines for launch and closure of schemes
