BREEAM Awards 2026

BRE’s BREEAM Awards 2026 will take place at The Peninsula London on Wednesday 30 September 2026.

Categories will include awards for outstanding sustainability performance, climate resilience, digital innovation and sustainable cities. We’ll also be recognising the people behind the projects with awards for sustainability leadership and advocacy.

Registrations will open in the middle of January 2026 for projects certified between 1 January 2025 and 31 March 2026. All submissions must be received by Tuesday 31 March 2026.

The BREEAM Awards recognise the people, projects and organisations around the world that are leading the way in sustainable building design, development and management. Winners are selected by an independent judging panel and represent the best in sustainable practices, the contribution to people’s well-being and the protection of natural resources.
